How to Use:

1. Set Up Your Machine Choose a straight stitch and snap on the Rolled Hem Foot. If your machine has the IDT™ system, engage it for even fabric feeding.
2. Prep the Starting Edge For a smooth start, press just the beginning of the hem to match the foot size (2, 3, or 4 mm). Place this folded section into the groove under the foot and sew a few securing stitches.
3. Guide the Fabric into the Scroll With the needle down to hold the fabric, lift the presser foot and gently pull the raw edge into the scroll of the hemmer. Lower the foot and continue sewing, keeping the fabric edge lifted and feeding smoothly into the scroll.
4. Watch Fabric Placement Make sure the fabric doesn’t slide under the right half of the foot—this ensures the hem forms correctly and stays even.

With a little practice, you’ll be creating neat, rolled hems that look like they came straight from a professional workroom!
