Variable Zig Zag
Only a select number of Janome machines are equipped with this unique feature. In variable zig-zag mode, you can use the knee lifter to control the zig-zag width when sewing satin stitches. The MC14000 has a maximum stitch width of 9mm.
AcuFeed Flex System
The AcuFeed Flex System consists of single and twin dual feed attachments that are used with four different types of feet to guide layers of fabric evenly through your machine. The different feet used with the AcuFeed Flex System are the Single Feed Foot (VD), the Single Feed Zipper Foot (ED), the Twin Dual Feed Foot (AD), and the Twin Quilt Piecing Foot (OD).

Work Space

Knee Lifter Lever
The included knee lifter plugs directly into the front of the MC14000 allowing you to raise and lower the presser foot with your knee so you don't have to take your hands off the fabric as you make positioning adjustments. The knee lifter also controls your zig zag stitch when in variable zig zag mode for satin stitches.
Full Intensity Lighting System
Janome has equipped the MC14000 with a full intensity lighting system. Ten bright LED lamps are strategically placed in five locations to ensure proper lighting to your workspace. A retractable High Light with AcuView Magnifier is located on the head of the machine. Pull it out to engage the high light and when you are finished slide it shut to disengage.
Full-Color LCD Touchscreen

Drop Feed

You can also drop them manually using the LCD touchscreen.
Thread Cutting
There are three thread-cutting options for embroidery. Activate a cutting command, and the Memory Craft 14000 will automatically trim the jump threads, cut at color change/end, or cut wherever a trim code is in an imported stitch data file. This time-saving feature eliminates the need for tedious thread weeding after embroidery.
FREE ARM AND STORAGE
