The Elegant Blooms Fabric is apart of the Elegant Blooms Collections designed by Sue Penn. This fabric features small tossed blue rose blossoms on a navy background. The Elegant Blooms Fabric is made with 100% cotton and measures 45" wide.

Washing Directions: When Machine Washing, wash on Cold Setting with similar colors. Do not use Bleach. When Machine Drying, dry at a low temperature. When using an iron, make sure the setting is on warm. We do not recommend using fabric softener. We highly recommend using specialty Fabric Soap and Fabric Care Products.
