Shipping policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

Once a package tracking number is marked "Delivered" by the chosen shipping company, SewingPartsOnline is no longer responsible for the package.

Shipping Timeline

We offer four levels of shipping: Economy, Standard, Expedited, and Next Day. Here's what you need to know about each shipping option:

  • Economy Shipping:
    - Processing Time: Up to three business days
    - Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 10 days
  • Standard Shipping:
    - Processing Time: Up to two business days
    - Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 6 days
  • Expedited Shipping:
    - Processing Time: Processes by the end of the next business day
    - Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 3 days
  • Next Day Shipping:
    - Processing Time: Processed on the same day
    - Estimated Delivery Time: Shipped for delivery the following day
    - Important Note: Orders placed after 3PM CST may not be processed until Monday

Additional Shipping Information
- Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible since it is no longer in our warehouse.
- All processing times apply once all products in your order are in stock and available to ship. Special Order and Back Order products may take longer.
- Please note that we do not offer Saturday delivery.
- For Next Day Shipping, orders must be placed before 3PM Central Standard Time for same-day shipment.
- If you choose Next Day shipping on a Friday, your in-stock order will be delivered on the following Monday.
- Delays may occur when you place your order during the weekend or around holidays.
- Sometimes, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments to provide the best service.
- We will send you a shipping email confirmation containing your tracking number upon shipment [if you provide us with an email address].

Free Shipping
While SewingPartsOnline offers free shipping on orders over $49 that ship within the 48 contiguous United States, some manufacturers require a shipping surcharge.

-Free shipping may not apply to certain sale items, oversized, freight intensive or special order items.
-There is absolutely no free shipping outside the contiguous United States.
-The shipping carrier and method will be chosen at the discretion of SewingPartsOnline
-The above conditions and restrictions still apply during sitewide free shipping events.

Shipping Addresses
Due to fraud concerns, we will not ship the following items to an address other than your billing address: Sewing Machines, Quilting Machines, Embroidery Machines, Quilting Tables, Sergers, Overlocks, and coverstitch Machines.

Backordered Items
If an item you order is back ordered or out of stock, your order will remain active in our system until the item comes back into stock or the product is discontinued. Your payment method is automatically charged in full when your order is placed. If an item is on backorder and you want the order refunded until the item becomes available, don't hesitate to contact us. If a part is discontinued, we reserve the right to cancel the discontinued item and ship the remainder of your order.

Use Tax:
We are only responsible for collecting the sales tax on all purchases that are shipped to the following states: AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NV, OH, OK, PA, RI, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WA, WV, and WY. Any customers who purchase items from our website that are shipped outside of these states are legally responsible for reporting their purchases and are responsible for Use-Tax on their purchases. See your state tax rules and the Dept. of Revenue for questions. We are in no way responsible for any unreported use tax on internet purchases and/or any sales tax on orders placed and shipped outside of this list of states. By purchasing from our sites, you accept this responsibility.

Tax Exempt:
If you are making a tax-exempt purchase, please submit your tax-exempt form to our customer service team before placing your order.

International Orders:
Due to fraud concerns, we reserve the right to cancel any order whose billing country is different from the shipping country. As the buyer, you are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes charged by your country of residence.
